Based on Literature reading method and inductive deduction method,this study mainly focused on the interaction between the Confucian scholars and power strata and how the rulers promoted the spread of Confucian culture in Xi Han Dynasty.This study found that the Qin state unified the vassals and established Qin Dynasty under the support of the legalist doctrine,but perished shortly.Since the perdition of the Qin dynasty,the rulers of the Xi Han Dynasty kept exploring new reigning ideology.During this period,Confucian scholars,such as Lu Jia,Shu Suntong,Jia Yi and Dong Zhongshu,actively reformed Confucianism to adapt to new changes.With the efforts of Confucian scholars,Confucianism overwhelmed Huang-Lao and was adopted by the rulers.The cultural pattern of unified domination formed.At this time,the ruler with absolute power began to push the Confucian culture to achieve cultural unification.They formulated various policies and acted as gatekeepers and guides.Confucian scholars hold the right to interpret the Confucian classics.On side,they constantly uphold the leadership position of the rulers.On the other hand,they actively cooperated with the rulers to promote Confucian culture.Confucian scholars became an important transmission medium between the emperor and the people.Through the guidance and control of the rulers and the Confucian scholars,two kinds of characteristics of communication control have been formed:hierarchical control,explicit and implicit control.Finally,the Confucian culture deeply rooted in the people's thoughts,and played an important role in the subsequent dynasties.Therefore,the unification of the dynastic culture was related to the ruler's control means and the media role of Confucianism scholars.
