The practice report selects the materials from the exhibition symposium, which is based on the theme of agricultural science and technology. The selected three conferences are the branches of the fifteenth meat industry exhibition, including the Sino-Dutch meat seminar, the Danish farm experience sharing meeting, and the nutrition and breeding pig health sharing meeting. It covers the topics of agricultural aquaculture, processing industry, environmental safety, and medicinal science. The spokespersons are industry representatives and experts from different countries and regions. The conference venue is the conference hall and medium-sized conference room of Qingdao International Convention and Exhibition Center.Different accents, linguistic features, and on-site conditions are the reasons for choosing this conference interpreting to write a practice report. This report consists of four parts: task description, interpretation process, theoretical framework, case analysis, and practice summary. It analyzes Jill’s cognitive load model, interpreting formula, and Jycks and Dodson’s motivation theory to guide the process of interpreting. Those practical problems during interpreting, such as thinking barriers, linguistic disorders, and motivational fluctuations, can be used to analyze how translators should reduce and avoid mistakes in the process of interpretation in order to communicate with speakers as efficiently, accurately and stably as possible in future translations and to improve the quality of interpretation.
