| The cultural and creative industries have made outstanding contributions in promoting economic restructuring and creating new economic growth,So the development of cultural and creative industries has become one of the most significant events in the globalization process.From the current development and related research of cultural and creative enterprises,we can see that they are not only an organizational form,but an indispensable driving force for social development under a high-speed dynamic environment.Therefore,the in-depth study of the growth mechanism of cultural and creative enterprises has been significant significance in improving the success rate and growth rate of newly-created enterprises,and is an important research topic in China’s social transformation.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research results of cultural and creative companies,dynamic capabilities,strategy update theory and business model theory.then we proposes issues that have not been thoroughly studied,and try to construct a preliminary research framework.That is to say,the entrepreneurial process is a multi-iteration process.How did they achieve survival and innovation through Dynamic capabilitywhen facing with the rapidly changing environment.In order to answer this question,this paper initially builds a research framework based on Teece’s dynamic capabilities.Through case study of four newly-created cultural and creative companies,we collecte a large number of fully-used primary and secondary data and forme the case database.Further finish open coding of textual data,eventually extracte the secondary dimension of dynamic capabilities.On this basis,in-case and cross-case analyses were conducted on the results of strategic update,the selection and design of business models in different companies.and the relationships between variables were summarized.Finally,it concludes the path for the realization of cultural and creative enterprises from Dynamic capabilityto entrepreneurial performance.Through Cases Study of this companies,it was found that:(1)Dynamic capability(opportunity recognition capabilities)influence strategic renewal,and strategies determine the choice and design of business models.(2)Dynamic capability(opportunity-capturecapabilities)is contribute to the design and updating of business models in the process of renovating business models from strategy.(3)The process of transforming the business model into entrepreneurial performance is achieved through Dynamic capability(opportunity conversion capabilities).(4)The three dimensions of Dynamic capabilitycan influence each other.For example,the bias in the ability of identify opportunities can lead to the loss of opportunity capture capacity and conversion ability.This article has made a scientific and rigorous summary of the growth process of the newly-created cultural and entrepreneurial enterprises.It has also verified the positive and negative aspects through multiple cases and formed a preliminary theoretical framework model.The research conclusions enriched the research on cultural and creative companies. |
