The Research On The Oral History Of Gannan Caichaxi (1949-2006)

With the change of political situation,art,especially local folk opera has suffered a lot with the change of the environment since 1949.Caichaxi of Gannan has gottern rapid development since 1949.The opera was listed as a national one of the intangible cultural heritage in 2006.During this period,there emerged many new plays and songs of Caichaxi of Gannan,which are still active in the opera stage and the opera plays an important role as a folk art in the history of opera.However,there are rare research in the history of the Caichaxi of Gannan at that period.As the crystallization of culture and art of Hakka.The production and development of the Caichaxi of Gannan are mainly based on the heritage by artists.In recent years,the method of transmitting the opera by artists was fading away with the development of traditional opera.It is imminent to use the oral history to study the history of Caichaxi of Gannan.It is helpful to improve the cultural consciousness and to understand the folk art better through the study of the history and artist 's experience of Caichaxi of Gannan in the past 60 years from1949 to 2006.At the same time,with the high attention of our society on the intangible cultural heritage,it is also significant to protect and inherit those cultural projects.
