Mainland Tibetan secondary class is a special kind of school-running pattern,is a pioneering move in Chinese history of ethnic education in our country,is through the significance of cultivating Tibetan people,to improve the education development and upgrading the quality of the people of Tibet.Due to different history,culture,language,education background,mainland Tibetan teachers class teaching exists many obstacles and difficulties,ignore the ethnic features and regional characteristics,cultural,always with the ordinary preschool education in music teaching of teaching content,teaching mode and evaluation system for teaching,so there is the current situation of the demand is high,effect is poor.Research on the current situation of music teaching in the mainland of Tibet,find out the problems and propose solutions.In mainland Tibetan music teachers class teaching,we must change concept,insist on combining theory with practice,combining with garden schools,combination of Chinese and Tibetan language,to rationalize integrates emotion between teachers and students,teaching content,the ability to develop diversified.The practice proves that this method can effectively improve the music level and skill of the students in the mainland of Tibet,and train the excellent music teachers.
