| ’Xian Luo Guan Yi Yu’is the part of ’Hua Yi Yi Yu’-The Yi Zhong textbook.It’s an important book that is used to study the ancient Thai language in Ming dynasty.This thesis is based on a study of the ’Xian Luo Guan Yi Yu’.The Qing dynasty manuscripts that is collected in Beijing library.The thesis divided into five chapters:The first chapter is an introduction;which briefly introduces the research significance,the research basis,the related documents,the research content and the research methods of the ’Xian Luo Guan Yi Yu’,The second chapter is an introduction of modern Thai,which is divided into the standard language of modern Thai and modern Thai dialect.This includes the northern dialect,the northeast dialect,and the southern dialect.The introduction includes the pronunciation of consonants,vowels,tones and the spelling rules.The third chapter is the ’Xian Luo Guan Yi Yu’ document research,first is the arrangement of ’Xian Luo Guan Yi Yu’,594 words are recorded in Thai transliteration,international phonetic transcription,and the collation.This chapter also discusses some problems such as copying errors,vocabulary translation problems and the Thai-Chinese transcription ploblems.The fourth chapter is a comparative of the phonological of ’Xian Luo Guan Yi Yu’ and it’s use in modern Thai language.By comparing the recorded ancient Thai language in ’Xian Luo Guan Yi Yu’ and modern Thai language,founded the 217 of words(36.53%)that have the same pronunciation,286 words(48.15%)that have similar pronunciation,and 91 words(15.32%)that have completely different pronunciation.Then this chapter will compare the different words within the Thai dialects and some words that are kept in the dialect.The fifth chapter is the conclusion;which summarises the main conclusions and existing problems. |
