In the 21 st century,the integration of culture and technology has became a major trend,and moreover,it also has been regarded as a powerful driving engine propelling the economic and social development.In order to realize the deep cooperation in the industry of culture and technology,propel the cultural infiltration into every filed in economy and society,China has made great efforts to promote the integrated development between culture and technology,as well as giving a strong support in terms of both policy and finance in recent years.At present,the marine cultural industries in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area,compared to the other coastal cities,still exit some gaps.Therefore,the immediate measures should be taken in accomplishing the further fusion of cultural and technology resources in agriculture and fisheries industries,so as to propel the integrated development between culture and technology in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area,which is the important impetus to promote the deep cooperation of culture and technology,improve the comprehensive competitiveness,realize the urban-rural integrated development and construct an innovative city.Furthermore,they are also the key to accomplish the public culture improvement in island rural and fishing village,as well as technological service enhancement.In addition,the cultural and technological integration conforms to the the Industrial clustering theory,cultural industry chain theory,innovation system theory,and urban-rural integrated theory,which has strong theoretical support.Hence,it is of great significance and applied value to promote the industrial development in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area through the research on integrated culture and technology pattern,besides,it also provided reference for the decision-making of the government.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research being done by scholars from domestic and foreign about the integrated development between culture and technology,this paper through the SWOT theory,analyzes the current situation of cultural and technological integration development including background,advantages and opportunities in Zhoushan Archipelago.In the mean time,this paper identify the problems for the integrated development of culture and technology in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area:weak industrial base,low development level of cultural industry clustering,lack of compound talents in the fields of culture and technology,weak competitiveness in cultural industries,inadequate competence in creation and innovation,and so on.On thebasis of these shortcomings,it fosters new thinking to facilitate the development of cultural industries in island through the pattern of integration between culture and technology.The following conclusion has been safely arrived at: the feasibility and necessity of propelling the integration between culture and technology in the process of cultural industry development in Zhoushan New Area has been defined.Zhoushan should give full play to own advantages of cultural resource,economic strength and policy guarantee to make up the disadvantages of lack of related talents,limited financial power and imperfect development pattern.Undoubtedly,measures must be taken to maximize the role of government,enhance platform construction,promote trans-boundary cooperation,strengthen intelligence support,impose patent consciousness,reinforce complementary advantages,and emphasize the integration between culture and technology,and in such case,the sustainable development of cultural industries in New Area can be achieved by a driving force from science and technology.
