Research On The Equalization Construction Of Basic Public Cultural Services In Fuzhou

Since the reform and opening up,especially since the eighteenth national congress of the CPC,the Party and the government attach great importance to the construction of public cultural service system.The government proposed to increase investment in cultural undertakings and promoted the equalization of basic public cultural services.This paper focuses on the research of the equalization construction of basic public cultural services which proposed proceeding from the local reality of Fuzhou and people’s cultural needs,to achieve the equalization of the basic supply of public cultural services.The paper is based on the current situation of the public cultural service construction and the counties and districts within the compass of Fuzhou as research objects.I chose three cases and conducted an empirical research on the locals.Based on it,the paper analyses the existing problems on the equalization and explains the causes of the non-equalization in the public cultural service.The paper gives specific countermeasures,which to the problem from system guarantee,investment increase and the the supply-side reform of public cultural service.
