Research On The Network Governance Of Chinese Film Industry Cluster

The rapid development of information technology and the vigorous building of a knowledge-based society have promoted the growth of the cultural industry and made it develop more and more vigorously.As an important part of the cultural industry,the Chinese film industry has gone through a hundred years of history.In recent years,the growth rate has been rapid and the number of box-office films and film-viewing figures has risen significantly.The improvement of the film industry can not only create huge economic value,but also pass on the cultural values of our country.This is a window for understanding the image of our country.The country also attaches great importance to this sunrise industry.The 13th Five-Year Plan proposes that cultural industries should become the national pillar industries,and in 2016 the Board of Directors of the People's Republic of China Film Industry Promotion Law provides the legal basis and guarantee for the sound and sound development of the film industry.However,compared with the developed countries in other countries,the film industry in our country started late and has a big gap.To enhance the film industry,it is bound to take the power of the film industry cluster to develop.Based on the domestic and international theories,the paper defines the film industry cluster and analyzes the advantages of the cluster.It analyzes the film of the social themes in China's movie industry clusters by using the diamond model;the films are poor in China;Compared with the big difference,narrow ideas,lack of creativity,single form problems and leading enterprises of China's film industry clusters did not play a good guiding role,many production companies,intermediaries and related support agencies are in their own right,there is no good cooperation and other issues,And according to these issues put forward the corresponding network governance mechanism of the film industry cluster.According to the previous literature,it is assumed that the network governance mechanism of film industry clusters can affect the governance performance.This paper conducts empirical analysis by issuing questionnaires and collecting data to film industry managers.According to the empirical results,it shows that the network management mechanism of film industry cluster has a positive effect on the governance performance of film industry cluster.Therefore,the enterprises in the film industry cluster should strengthen the cooperation with the enterprises in the cluster or support the cooperation of enterprises Between the benign knowledge sharing,and pay attention to the establishment of its own reputation,to give cooperative enterprises a full sense of trust,so as to deepen cooperation and promote the development of film industry clusters.
