In the information age,the instant sharing of information has brought us many conveniences,but it has also brought negative impacts on the current society.People are increasingly aware of the importance of Internet information governance.It is in this context that online literature coincides with the 20 th anniversary.In the course of these 20 years of development,the literary growth of online literature has gradually formed an industrialization model.While contributing to the network culture,online literature works are contributed.With low thresholds and one-sided pursuit of economic benefits,the content gradually presents problems of excessive commercialization,vulgarization and homogenization,which also means the necessity of network literature governance.This paper establishes observation points on the five major online literature websites,extracts the top five works in the station as sample data,reads the sample works by text analysis,summarizes the problems in the content of the works,and then obtains readers' questions about the content of the works through investigation.Relevant feedback and categorize the problem summary.Finally,by summarizing the evolution of China's network literature governance model,from the perspective of stakeholder game,it advocates the transition from “government unilateral governance model” to “multi-stakeholder governance model” and provides governance direction for various stakeholders in network literature.In the past 20 years of network literature in China,from the "savage growth" to the "comprehensive governance" development process,the governance step has never stopped.The analysis of the problem of network literature content and the promotion of a new governance model and new concept are the research institutes of this paper.
