Based on the existing researches on the interpersonal relationships of the grade one middle school students,this article explored the influence of parents on the interpersonal relationships of the grade one middle school students.This article mainly discussed the parents mentalizing and parenting styles and the interpersonal relationships of the grade one middle school students.Mentalizing(mentalizition)refers to a person's perception or interpretation of their own behavior or others,with self-centered,imaginative behavior and conscious state of mind to achieve the heart of the heart,empathy for thinking ability.In the process of parent-child interaction,the parental mentality has a profound impact on children's mentalization,which in turn has a potential effect on their interpersonal interaction.In this study,parents' mentalization,a dynamic influencing factor of parental rearing,was taken as the starting point.463 students and their parents from four junior high schools in Shandong Province were surveyed and compared with the grade one students by questionnaire method and the distorted mentalizing tasked Interpersonal relationship,mentalizing attributional styles,parents mentalizing and the characteristics of parenting styles and their correlations,and explore whether parenting styles play an intermediary role in the process of parentalization affecting the interpersonal relationships of grade one middle school students.(1)Boys receive more negative ways of parenting than girls.day pupils are better than boarders,but boarding students' interpersonal relationships and parenting styles are superior to those of commuters.The mentalization of rural students' parents is higher than that of urban students' parents,while the parenting style of urban students' parents is better than that of rural students' parents.For only children,their relationships are better than those of non-only children.(2)The mental attribution style(ON OP R)of the first student presents a skewed distribution.The Students of the rational mental attribution style(R)receive more positive the parenting style and have a better interpersonal relationships,and their parents' mentalization is significantly higher than that of negative mental attribution style(ON).(3)There was a significant positive correlation between parents mentalizing,first-year interpersonal relationship and parenting styles.(4)Parents' mind can positively predict the interpersonal relationship of the freshmen in the first grade.That is,the higher the parents mentalizing is,the better their children's interpersonal relationships are.The interpersonal relationships of the grade one students more actively,a student interpersonal relationship is better.At the same time,the more parents' mentalization is,the more active their parenting style.(5)Parental rearing plays a part of the intermediary role in the process of parents' mentalization influencing the interpersonal relationships of the grade one students.
