The Tradition Of Horqin Folk Songs In The New Period Horqin Novels

This paper analyzes the tradition of folk songs in Horqin novels,based on the connection between folk literature and written literature.This paper expounds-the inter-textual relationship between Horqin local novels and Horqin folk songs’ themes;plots and will,and analyzes the function of Horqin folk songs to the Horqin local novels and the reasons for the formation of this phenomenon.The introduction explains the basis of the topic,the previous research,the purpose and significance of the research,and the research methods.The main body of the paper consists of three parts.The first chapter discusses Horqin folk songs’ themes and the function for the Horqin novels.It indicates that there are three reasons for the tradition of the Horqin folk songs in the Horqin novels,which are the social,culture and individual three aspects.Also it shows that the folk songs have to reproduce the historical truth,highlight the local factors and classic the works.The second chapter mainly studies the function of the Horqin folk songs in Horqin local novels in the new period.It divides into as the emotional expression of folk songs,and its lyrical type.It sums up the nostalgia and sadness tradition of the folk songs in the Horqin local novels to express the local culture consciousness.The third chapter researches the spiritual heritage of Horqin folk songs in the Horqin local novels from two aspects of cultural spirit and struggle consciousness.There is a close relationship between the local culture pessimism and heroism tradition in Horqin local novels and the folk songs that embed in the text;but also implied the female’ consciousness of awakening and guarding their homes.In the conclusion author thinks that the tradition of Horqin folk songs in the new period Horqin novels is not an accidental phenomenon,but as a cultural thinking and the continuation and inheritance of the inner spiritual pursuit of the Horqin folk songs in the epitome of the real life of Horqin people.
