Selecting the Propaganda Film of China People Series and Angel Series in 2011 as study samples,the paper tries to analyze the whole structure and contents to find how they interpret and show China's national image,to search for the art and ideology in the videos.Instead of a comprehensive review,the paper exhaustively focuses on the typical pictures and captions to indicate what kind of narrative construction the two films have,to reveal the ideology behind the image.In this paper,China's national image construction aesthetic path is the analysis of the art of image and ideology.This paper is divided into seven parts.In this paper,The introduction has explanation on the background,significance,relative research,methods and innovation.The first chapter defines the concepts of "National Identity" and "The Propaganda Film of Nation".Meanwhile,it shows the China's national image in different periods.The second?third and fourth are the most important.The second and third is the analysis from the view of discourse and narrative construction.It involves the narrative mechanism and visualization and the constitution of national elements.The fourth sorts out the different schools and researchers on the concept of ideology,and then presents the writer's opinions.After that,the paper dissects how the propaganda films of china stipulate and control the rights of voice,and how contents consciousness and political unconsciousness embody under the national ideology.The fifth chapter is the deeply meanings of this study and some reflections.The conclusion is a brief summary of the main contents and personal suggestions of the paper.
