The Analysis On The Demand Will And Its Influence Factors On Rural Cultural Life

Culture enriches the life of rural people,which satisfies not only the expectation of today's farmers,but also the construction of new socialist rural community.At present,with the continuous development of economy and society and the improvement of economic capacity,farmers are no longer confined to the problem of food and clothing;they begin to have more spiritual and cultural pursuit.Now,the government and many scholars are concerned about the construction of new rural culture.This paper analyzes the farmers' will and influence factors to the cultural life,and puts forward the pertinent measures to provide reference for the government to formulate relevant policies.Baisha Town is a typical agricultural town in Fujian Province,owning rich cultural resources and a long history.This paper takes Baisha Town as an example.Based on the investigation and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the rural cultural life in Baisha Town,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward countermeasures.Based on the theoretical analysis of influence factors and the rural cultural life demand,through literature analysis and expert interviews,this paper builds the index of participation will which includes the cultural performances showed in rural areas,village libraries,custom activities,farmers' cultural activities,sports competitions,township cultural stations,cultural activity facilities,senior activities center,farmer science training,student support program,labor skills competitions.Through factor analysis,this paper extracts 3 public influence factors:The demand for mass cultural and sports activities,the willingness of public cultural facilities and the willingness of public service activities.By use of these factors as the dependent variable,the paper applies separately Logistic to find that personal feature,concept of public participation and life obviously influence the farmers' participation will for rural cultural life.On the basis of this,the following countermeasures are put forward:to respect the farmers 'willingness to demand and strengthen the supply of rural culture;to actively guide and change the concept of farmers'ideology and culture;to classify and adapt to the cultural needs of multi-level people;to build and strengthen the rural cultural team;Departments to establish and improve the relevant management mechanism for the town of Baisha rural culture development decision-making reference.
