Research On The Evaluation Of The Development Of Cultural Industry In Heilongjiang

The development of culture and economy is complementary.As a new economic growth point of the country or region,the development space of the cultural industry market is vast,and,as China’s economic development has entered a “new normal”,the cultural industry also needs to adapt to the needs of the market and the requirements of the transformation and development of the cultural industry in the new economic situation.However,the gap of cultural consumption market in China is larger,people’s demand for cultural consumption is becoming more and more diversified,and more and more attention has been paid to the development of cultural industry.In recent years,the economy and culture of Heilongjiang Province has taken place significant development,the province’s rich cultural resources and broad space for development,support of government policies and other factors are conducive to the development of cultural industries,but a phenomenon can not be ignored is that in the process of development of the cultural industry,the growth of people’s demand for cultural industry is relatively slow,there are still many problems,including industrial investment is not stable enough,resource advantages are not fully utilized,unbalanced development of cultural industry,lack of outstanding professionals in the cultural industry etc.,these factors restrict the development of culture industry in Heilongjiang Province.Facing the new demand and challenge,how to make full use of their own advantages in resources,grasp the opportunities for development is essential.Therefore,an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province,which is helpful for us to understand the level of development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province,through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis,we can find out the factors affecting the development of cultural industries in Heilongjiang Province,then obtain the effective countermeasures for the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province,in order to adapt to the new requirements of the economic and the cultural development,and then enhance the level of development of regional cultural industry.The thesis combines qualitative analysis and quantitative research,normative analysis and empirical analysis to evaluate and analyze the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province.First of all,based on the relevant concepts andtheoretical basis of the cultural industry,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province by SWOT analysis model;secondly,the paper combined with the development status and characteristics of culture industry in Heilongjiang Province,and then constructed the evaluation index system of development of culture industry of Heilongjiang Province,and used the entropy method to analyze the indexes that influence the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province,in order to make a comprehensive evaluation on the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province;finally,based on the results of the analysis on the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province and put forward feasible suggestions.
