In light of more and more excavated bamboo slips,it’s possible to carry out research on Wanglv(《亡律》)of Qin-Han dynasties.Based on the law of escapee recorded in Yuelu Academy bamboo slips and Ernian Lvling(《二年律令》)of Zhangjiashan,as well as other bamboo slips and imperial seal of Qin-Han dynasties, this thesis aims to have a thorough collection of interpretations of Wanglv(《亡律》)and make discussions on Sheni zuiren(舍匿罪人)and Wangriqiarw(亡日钱).The dissertation mainly includes two parts. The first part is a collection of explanations of Waglv(《亡律》),based on the bamboo slips of Yuelu Academy and Zhangjiashan. In this part,we collect the various interpretations of Waglv(《亡律》)according to time and themes as many as we can. Then we add some comments if necessary. The second part is a deep research on some important issues of Wanglv(《亡律》),mainly aboutSheni zuirew(舍匿罪人)and Wangiqian(亡日钱).According to Waglv(《亡律》),Shenizuiren(舍匿罪人)is defined as lodging or hiding criminals who have absconded. As for the two illegal behaviors, one obvious difference exists in that whether the person who hides or lodges absconded criminals knows the fact or not.Usually,it is defined as illegal when housing a criminal for a number of days. And the punishment for lodging or hiding a criminal is closely related with the status of the escaped criminal himself.Wangriqian(亡日钱)is defined as impose a fine on the escapee according to the days. The escaped people are punished according to the principles of Yudaotongfa(与盗同法).Gonglichenque(工隶臣妾)are lichenqie(隶臣妾)with skills who are evaluated as gong(工).Gongdanglichenqie(工当隶臣妾)means sentencing the commoners who were once evaluated as gong to lichenqie(隶臣妾).
