In recent years,public participation has become a common research topic in many countries.China has paid a lot of resources of manpower,material and financial in the protection and renovation of traditional villages Since 2012,as a result it has been preserved the nostalgia of Chinese.Nevertheless,under the impact of new-type urbanization and modern life,traditional villages of China still face predicament that alarming vanish speed.Eventhen pay out strong protection force,it is still face many difficulties.because the public awareness of the traditional village protection is weak,and the public power are limited,and there is no unanimous support from the whole society.So in view of the traditional village protection regulation of public participation,the paper point out the current situation and problem and evaluate the content and validity of participation a case of Xiaolongwo on the basis of discusses the strength of public,participate mode and content in protection regulation.Finally,the author puts forward the methods and ways to deepen the public participation.In this paper,it determined the definition of the public participation connotation and the nine main bodies involved in the renovation of traditional village protection,further build the of the traditional village protection regulation of public participation.The evaluation index system includes nine first-level indicators and 52 second-level indicators,among the nine first-level indicators embrace the village committee,settler,,government,,planning staff,professor,,civil societies,tourism development enterprise,tourists,news media.Then take Xiaolongwo for example,using the method of entropy and chromatography analysis the information what is the first-hand information,which obtained by field research access methods.Finally,get the result of renovation in the process of public participation through evaluation index system.In this paper,the conclusion is as follows:(1)on the participation validity,the public participation of Xiaolongwo is in good grades,internal validity is greater than the external validity of public participation,two forces come in to being complementary,and the internal participation validity difference is small,the villager committee,villagers participate in validity were good better to participate in class;The external validity of each power in obviously,especially the news media to participate in the full marks and tourism development enterprises participate in stark contrast.(2)In the content of public participation,the village committee and villagers play the dominant role and contact with the traditional village is more than others.That reflect in improvement the village environment,complete infrastructures,provide manpower and material for construction of public facilitiy.Relatively speaking,external provide financial resource,intelligence and inprove influence that is the auxiliary role.In the end,the paper put forward the advice that improve the validity and Comprehensive of content of public participation,which in order to provide reference for the public participation improvement and development of traditional villages.
