Xu Chengyao's "Xi Gan Zhi" And The Study Of Its Value

"Xi Gan Zhi " in modem Huizhou scholar Xu Chengyao writes,a book in the twenty-six years of the Republic of China(1937),is a collection of Shexian Xi Gan area geographical environment,the humanities style town chronicles,the book consists of seven volumes,the manuscript has been hidden in the Anhui Provincial Museum,published 1992 "Chinese Local Chronicles" integration the " Xi Gan Zhi "recorded "township records album" volume twenty-seventh,"Xi Gan Zhi" gradually into the public view.However,the current "Xi Gan Zhi" has not aroused the widespread concern of the academic circle.Few scholars have studied the "Xi Gan Zhi",and the academic achievements are very limited.This article takes "Xi Gan Zhi" as the research object,through the thorough analysis to it,probes into the historical value contained in the "Xi Gan Zhi".The first chapter mainly introduces Xu Chengyao's life experience and the academic general situation,and analyzes the reason and the background of the writing of "Xi Gan Zhi".Xu Chengyao is the famous Huizhou local chronicles scientist,poet,calligrapher,connoisseur of cultural relics,outstanding talent,has a deep affection for hometown,for the collection of Huizhou local literature with great enthusiasm,Xu Chengyao that the hometown literature lost,so in a net "not prepared","Shil,"fill the smell" on the basis of that's written,for later quoted.The second chapter focuses on the specific content of "Xi Gan Zhi",and deeply analyzes the style,content and Compiling Characteristics of "Xi Gan Zhi"."Xi Gan Zhi" is obviously different from the traditional local chronicles.It changes the style pattern of the traditional local chronicles."Xi Gan Zhi" has seven volumes,rich in content,included extensive,complete collection of Western literature and historical area stem.In his compiling of Xi Gan Zhi,Xu Chengyao poured his emotions into the compilation of "Xi Gan Zhi'" and followed the compiling principle of the conception,making "Xi Gan Zhi" a highly valuable and unique local chronicle.The third chapter focuses on the study of the historical value of the "Xi Gan Zhi",and discusses the history and the value of the supplement to the history of the "Xi Gan Zhi".First of all,"Xi Gan Zhi" contains many famous literary works in Huizhou,Huizhou to save a large number of precious documents;secondly,by collecting "not prepared for Xi Gan Zhi",added the blank of Huizhou local chronicles;finally,"Xi Gan Zhi" in rich literature can provide more Huizhou studies as a novel,complete information,make the in depth development of Huizhou studies.The remaining part mainly analyzes the deficiency of "Xi Gan Zhi".Although the "Xi Gan Zhi" has a very high historical value,there are also some defects.The first is the style structure defects,"Xi Gan Zhi" is not rigorous;followed by the contents of defects,"Xi Gan Zhi,the content is more casual and loose,not throughout the book program,the lack of connection between the chapters,the character introduction is obviously insufficient;finally the function defects,"Xi Gan Zhi".The function is mainly concentrated in the history and history,is in the lack of education and mentor.
