| Whether in enterprises or in public institutions and government organs,enhance their core competitiveness,optimize the internal system are the basic conditions for its development.This paper aims to explore the relationship among leader-member exchange,psychological safety and employee voice behavior with enterprises,public institutions and government organs’ s employees.The research used convenient sampling to collect 517 questionnaires through the paper version and the electronic version of the questionnaire survey in Harbin,Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Qigihar,Guangzhou,Hangzhou and other places.The questionnaire used leader-member exchange,psychological safety and employee voice behavior questionnaires to collect data.The research studied the relationship among leader-member exchange,psychological safety and employee voice behavior.The results show that:(1)The leader-member exchange among enterprises,public institutions and government organs,the overall level of psychological safety and employee vioce behavior is higher than that of the middle level.(2)The leader-member exchange exists significant differences in age and type of work units,there are no difference in gender,educational level,residence,rank and seniority;psychological safety has significant differences in the type of work unit,seniority,there are no significant differences in other demographic variables;employee voice behavior has significant differences in age,education level,rank,the type of work unit and seniority,there are no significant differences in other demographic variables.(3)The correlation between leader-member exchange and psychological safety are positively significant;leader-member exchange and employee voice behavior are positively significant;psychological safety and employee voice behavior are positively significant.(4)The leader-member exchange can positively predict psychological safety,psychological safety can positively predict employee voice behavior,leader-member exchange can positively predict employee voice behavior.(5)Psychological security plays a partial mediating role between leader-member exchange and employee voice behavior. |
