With the development of the Times,information is spreading faster and faster,so relying solely on the wisdom of the leadership is not enough.As the main body of the company,if employees can actively participate in the development of the company,which will play a vital role.As a way for employees to actively participate in the development of company,voice behavior can enable leaders to master information comprehensively and make decisions that are more conducive to the development of enterprises.As we know,the relationship between leaders and employees in a company is in an orderly way.This difference can lead to the mutual comparison between employees.Some studies have pointed out that this kind of comparison can affect the behavior of employees' voice behavior.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between leader-member exchange social comparison(LMXSC)and voice behavior.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 501 employees through the network.The questionnaires include LMXSC questionnaire,perceived organizational support questionnaire,professional identity questionnaire,the general self-efficacy questionnaire and advice behavior questionnaire,all the questionnaires in this study has good reliability.Using SPSS20.0 software to input and analyze data,the Process was selected to test the mediation effect and the regulation effect.Results:there were significant differences in the age of demographic variables(F=3.62,p<0.01),current position(F=9.51,p<0.001),and the categary of the company(F=3.36,p<0.05).LMXSC,organizational support,professional identity,general self-efficacy and voice behavior.The LMXSC was able to significantly predict the perceived organizational support(?=0.42,t=15.44,p<0.001),and the behavior(?=0.14,t=4.48,p<0.001).The perceived organizational support was able to significantly predict the professional identity(?=0.37,t=14.65,p<0.001)and the voice behavior(?=0.44,t=8.89,p<0.001).Professional identity can significantly predict the behavior of voice behavior(?=0.53,t=7.15,p<0.001).General self-efficacy moderate the relationship between LMXSC and advice behavior,in particular,when the general self-efficacy of employees is higher,LMXSC negatively predict advice behavior(bsimple =0.34,t=0.34,p<0.001);When the general self-efficacy of employees was low,LMXSC positively predict advice behavior(bsimple=0.98,t=18.85,p<0.001).Perceived organizational support and professional identity mediate the relationship between LMXSC and advice behavior.Conclusion:(1)the employee voice behavior is influenced by the demographic variables.Specifically,in the age group,employees over 40 years of age are more likely to show voice behavior than those under 30 years old.The voice behavior of middle managers is higher than that of grassroots employees and grassroots managers.Foreign company's employees are more likely to show voice behavior.(2)there is a significant positive correlation between LMXSC,perceived organizational support,professional identity,general self-efficacy and voice behavior.(3)LMXSC can directly predict employee voice behavior.(4)the relationship between LMXSC and voice behavior can be mediated by organizational support,and can also be influenced by the chain mediating effects of perceived organizational support and professional identity.(5)general self-efficacy can moderate the relationship between LMXSC and advice behavior.
