Research On "Psychological Suggestion" In Vocal Performance

Vocal music is a kind of art creation activity.Singers of the psychological factors in many singing elements in the initiative to dominate the first position.Only when the emotional and physiological factors are mutually harmonized when it is possible to produce a beautiful,natural,beautiful sounds.However,in the stage performance of the vocal music,the performer may have a bad psychological state due to various reasons.Among them,nervousness is the most common and the fright is the most common,but to overcome or reduce the performer's "psychological suggestion",The most effective way is to hint,including the use of psychological counseling in daily teaching to help learners to overcome the frequently occurring errors and in the stage before the psychological cues to help them ease the tension.As the saying goes,the end of the heart to heart medicine,for the performers,to overcome their negative vocal stage "psychological suggestion","psychological suggestion" role should not be overlooked.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part analyzes the types of negative "psychological cues" which are more common in sound stage performance.The second part,from the perspective of music educators,analyzes the main strategies of cultivating positive "psychological suggestion".In the third part,the author discusses the importance of positive attitude to vocal stage performance.In the thesis,I put forward the importance of "psychological suggestion" to stage performance of vocal music,and then elaborate the specific tactics that we use"psychological suggestion" in daily teaching and stage practice to eliminate or alleviate the tension of performers.
