A Case Study Of Intercultural Adaptation Of Chinese Teacher Volunteer Of Poland

In the era of the spread of the overseas Chinese culture background,Chinese volunteer teachers in Poland can smoothly carry out Chinese teaching and cultural activities,and can well adapt to Poland's cultural life values,etc.,finally complete the cross-cultural adaptation and the teaching process,it is worth the attention of the researchers.I went to Krakow,Poland in September 2016,as a Chinese teacher.I recorded the experience of a series of intercultural adaptation case,selecting the representative case.I tried to discuss the deep-seated reasons for these differences.I am the research object.On the basis of the cross-cultural adaptation theory,I used qualitative research method.I took the diary in the form of interview to collect the original observation data,through the case study presented in Poland Chinese volunteer teachers to adapt to the process,analysis of volunteers have encountered in the process of adaptation of polish culture the confusion of cultural differences,trying to find out the cause of the differences and adapt to solve strategy The author used the internal and external factors to study the process of cross-cultural adaptation.Influencing factors include values and cultural distance,Different adaptive dimensions include suitability for work and suitability for life.Different culture dimensions include religion?national sentiments and the idea of Time and Space.Case analysis in this paper for those Chinese teachers who ready to work in the overseas,especially for Chinese teachers in Poland.This paper provides an effective way to understand the polish culture,It analyzed the Chinese volunteer teachers' cross-cultural adaptation strategies The author hope that this paper can help Chinese teachers and volunteers to adapt to the life in Poland,eliminate the culture of inner confusion,reduce the cultural conflict,to provide some reference.
