Cultural diplomacy is the diplomacy that takes cultural transmission,exchange and communication as the main content,it’s peaceful,long-term,diverse characteristics have made it become an important part of the state’s overall diplomatic strategy.Carrying out the cultural diplomacy in the "One Belt One Road" is the important assistance to ensure the "One Belt One Road" implement smoothly,at the same time,in promoting political mutual trust between our country and related countries,deepening economic and trade cooperation with related countries and broadening the foreign cultural development space have great significance.So,at present our country urgently need to Adhere to the culture first and establish the cultural diplomacy of the strategy that corresponds to it in the construction of the"One Belt One Road".At present,our country has carried out a series of cultural diplomacy activities in countries along the "One Belt One Road",but because of the area along the "One Belt One Road" is the complex area of various political,economic and cultural accumulation,carrying out the "One Belt One Road" cultural diplomacy is facing a variety of challenges such as the great differences of the social system,diversity cultural conflicts,insufficient market development.These adverse factors greatly hindered the development of cultural diplomacy in the "One Belt One Road".Therefore,in order to further promote the development of our country’s cultural diplomacy in the "One Belt One Road" and ensure the "One Belt One Road"implement smoothly,this paper is based on the theoretical analysis of the cultural diplomacy through consulting a large number of documentation at home and abroad,elaborate the concept and theory source of cultural diplomacy and explain the important role of cultural diplomacy.Then,it has carried on the comprehensive summary and analysis about the present situation of the implementation of the"One Belt One Road" cultural diplomacy,and expounds the time background,important meaning and basic steps of the"One Belt One Road" cultural diplomacy.On this basis,it has stressed carried the comprehensive analysis on the situation that the "One Belt One Road"cultural diplomacy facing,mainly including the opportunities and challenges.Finally,in view of the challenges that the "One Belt One Road" cultural diplomacy is facing,it put forward countermeasures that promoting our country’s"One Belt One Road"cultural diplomacy.The author thinks that our country should make efforts in the four aspects:the cultural exchange,cultural diffusion,the cultural industry and cultural diplomacy mechanism,building deeper and more comprehensive cultural diplomacy in the field of pattern.Then it can pass Chinese voice and speak good Chinese story to guarantee the safety and smoothness of the "One Belt One Road"in future.
