Research On Cultural Exchange Between China And Central Asia Under The Background Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

Zhang Qian to the western regions opened up the silk road,and opened up the friendship road between China and Central Asia of economic and trade exchanges,cultural exchanges for more than two thousand years.The brilliance of ancient silk road promoted the civilization of China and Central Asia’ prosperity,the spirit of the silk road has become a vinculum between China and Central Asia countries for cultural exchanges today.In 2013,President Xi Jinping at the university of kazakhstan nazarbayev’s speech put forward to build "The Silk road Economic Belt" with Central Asian countries,and got the positive response of The Central Asian countries."The Silk road Economic Belt" is the continuance and development for"ancient silk road".Through the construction and development of the "The Economic Belt",being bound to strengthen the mutually beneficial and win-win partnership with Central Asian countries,becoming the community of common destiny of political mutual trust,economic integration and cultural tolerance,being the important motivation to promote the economic development and culture prosperity for China and Central Asian countries in the new period.This paper will take the"The Silk road Economic Belt"as the background,through literature research,historical comparison and comparative study to discusses the history and present status of China and Central Asian’s cultural exchange,and put forward opinions and suggestions for China and central Asian’s cultural exchange in the future.This paper mainly has five parts,The first part is an overview of the formulation and practice of the strategic formulation of "The Silk road Economic Belt";The second part is an analysis of the importance of cultural exchanges between China and central Asia in the context of The Silk road Economic Belt";the third part is based on ancient and modern time,elaborating the situation for China and Central Asia’s cultural exchange;The fourth part analysis the the opportunities and challenges on cultural exchanges for China and the Five Central Asian countries under the background of The current situation;The fifth part are further probed into cultural communication path selection for China and The Five Central Asian countries on the opportunities and challenges.Hope that through this article research for cultural exchange between China and the five central Asian under the background of research of "The Silk road Economic Belt"to provide certain help.
