In the Post-colonialism,the ?resistant? culture is an important topic. In Aijaz Ahmad?s view, what we should do to construct that is to take the ?national-popular? culture as the basics, see the ?global resistance? as the final objective, and then to set up a series of anti-capitalist cultural practice with the rewriting of ?Indian literature? and ?world literature?.By this way,Ahmad tries to awaken the cultural identity of India and build a cultural community in the ?third world?.To a certain extent his considerations reveal the cultural dilemma faced by India and the ?third world?,promote the development of anti-capitalist cultural practice. But objectively speaking, because of the reality filled with many obstacles, and the ambiguous attitudes to the issues of ?binary opposition? and economic determinism, the ?totality? and ?universality?,the relationship between ?modern? and ?post-modern?,the ?resistant? culture practices a low limit resistance.
