| Public service advertising is the non-profit advertising aiming to spread the socialist core values,promote good moral trends,improve civilization level of individuals and the society,and safeguard the interest of the country and society.Our country,encourages the activities of public service advertising and guides organizations and individuals to participate the public service ads by contributing financial and material resources,labor,intelligence or in other ways.Public service advertisement is a kind of art intended to popularize the public,its publicits theme and artistic expression is unified,and it allows the public to enjoy in a relaxed mood and to be unconsciously influenced by the thoughts and the spirit of the advertisements.Public welfare animated ads as a combination of animation and the product of the public service ads,more should be so.So,the important measure of a public welfare animated ads is good,is that it contains the artistic quality of high and low.Animated public service advertising,combining animation and public service advertising makes public service ads more vivid and more efficient by making use of the charm of animation.People have enhanced memory and better understanding of public spirit while watching animated public service ads.Hence,many public service themes are designed in an animated fashion,and have received good communication effect.At the same time,we can see that quite a number of animated public service ads still have problems in the aspects of design concept,design level,and do not fully exhibit the charm of animation.Therefore,enhancing the artistic quality of animated public service ads is the main focus for designers.This thesis studies the combination of animation and public service advertising,analyze the artistic charm of animation,summarizes the existing artistic quality problems of animated public service ads,and proposes new methods to improve artistic quality of animated public service ads Thegoal of this thesis is to help animated public service ads make better use of the artistic form of animation promote the spirit of public welfare,and disseminat the public power.The of this thesis is to analyze the artistic quality problems in the animated public service ads rather than the creative performance and technology applications.This thesis proposes the following methods to promote artistic quality of animated public service advertising by analyzing the artistic quality of animations: replacing stereotyping figures by mature animated figures;turning “steady preaching” into“ interesting stories ”;using montage to create televised scenes;improving representability by making use of surrealism;combining multiple artistic styles of traditional art.This thesis also verifies the proposed method by case studies to promote the development of animated public service advertising. |
