An Investigation On The Present Situation Of Music Activities Of Retired Teachers In Higher Education And System In Urumqi

With the development of city to accelerate the process of city community construction and the music activities play an increasingly important role in modern society.The music as the carrier of culture,is of great significance to the cultural exchange and the inheritance.The music activities in the rich people’s life,popular music,and promote social stability and unity,promote the harmonious society.It plays an important role in the link,but also promoted the formation and development of the social and cultural environment.Based on the status quo of Xinjiang music activities in the universities of Urumqi retired teachers as the research object,research the basic situation of retired college teachers,the present situation of the music activities and the existing problems,the results of the study show that:(1)retired teachers,education college degree accounted for 9.1% of the total survey personnel,education survey for undergraduate education accounted for the total personnel check The number of 63.8%,16.1% of the total number of staff education survey for postgraduate education accounted for,qualifications for the doctoral degree accounted for the proportion of the survey from the 11%.survey data,retired teachers’ overall education level is high.(2)the retired teacher title for a teaching assistantship accounted for 0,the post called for lecturer to participate in the survey31.7% of the number,title of associate professor accounted for 49.7% of the number of all involved in the investigation,the title of Professor accounted for all involved in the investigation of the number of 19.2%.can be found from the survey,the school lecturer and associate professor of higher proportion is 31.7%,the associate professor of the highest proportion,accounted for the proportion of all the 49.7%,can be seen,these are college teachers overall title is higher,relatively speaking for their spiritual and cultural needs higher requirements.(3)the music activities include the stage practice and rehearsal activities,music activities The course mainly includes vocal music,instrumental music,dance and three categories.The author of the music curriculum and University retired teachers were analyzed,in the rich music activities must at the same time put forward some problems existing in music activities,and puts forward relevant strategies to solve the existing problems.Finally,the article draws a conclusion: the University retired teacher music development although there are some problems,but can not deny its rich musical activities.The development of these colleges and universities retired teachers music activities for the elderly and the surrounding communities around music activities have a great influence,provide inspiration and paradigm and the music activities of other communities,in order to promote the urban music activities,improve the overall the quality of music activities.
