The Interaction Mechanism And Optimal Regulation Of Film & Television Industry And Regional Culture Of Jiangsu Province

In the new period,carrying out research on the interaction of film & television industry and regional culture has important meaning to strengthen regional culture characteristics,develop characteristic cultural industry,achieve delicate balance of cultural values and economic values in the development of film and television industry,localized hold under the background of globalization,traditional keep in the process of cultural modernization,and fully sustainable use of rich cultural resources and overall consideration to culture to a new level.This paper based on the theoretical research perspective of localization,cultural identity and embeddedness,taking Jiangsu as research regional range,taking 92 film and television text which receive important awards of Chinese Film and Television in 1982-2016 year as research objects,uses text analysis method,frequency analysis method,through analyzing bidirectional interactive process of film & television industry and regional culture in Jiangsu,thus reveals its dynamic mechanism from market,cultural identity and ideology embedded perspective,and studies regulation mode between them.The result shows that:(1)The film & television industry in Jiangsu has experienced several periods,including: rapid start stage——smooth transition stage——high quality stage of development——the mature stage of film & television industry;The construction of film & television base shows that the development level of South of Jiangsu is higher than that of Northern Jiangsu,the number of bases in south is larger than northern Jiangsu.(2)Jiangsu film & television industry and regional culture showed a solid all-around interaction.One side,Jiangsu regional culture affect movie characters,view and background,language,film music,film spirit by the historical celebrities,the local landscape,native dialect,folk opera,regonal spirit.(3)The interactive mechanism between Jiangsu film industry and Jiangsu regional culture is the result of multiple embedding.On the basis of capital and economic benefits,market embeddedness is the first driving force for the formation of cultural characteristics of film and television industry.In the cultural embeddedness.The cultural consciousness and cultural responsibility caused by the cultural identity of the individual level is the internal power of the film & television creation.The cultural orientation and cultural strategy of all level government,the strategic cooperation of government,army and enterprises and the national macro level policy environment by guiding the correct shape,promote the style of the film & television works,and formate the external structural force.(4)In view of the benign interaction between Jiangsu film & television and regional culture,the paper puts forward the corresponding control measures: Jiangsu film & television industry should be based on the characteristics of regional culture,to create "Jiangsu style" film & television;Enhance the level of Jiangsu film & television base construction,tamp Jiangsu film & television industry development carrier;Integrate the mainstream values into the film & television and triggering the audience emotional resonance;Innovate the development model of film & television industry and inheritance regional culture.
