| Shaanxi Province is endowed with abundant cultural resources and a large scale reserve of historical culture resources.Especially,after the project ‘Silk Roads: the Routes Network of Chang’an—Tianshan Corridor’ was successfully inscribed into the World Heritage List in 2014,seven historical culture sites in Shaanxi Province were enlisted in the World Heritage List,which broadly expands the brand influence of Shaanxi Province.The number of historical culture sites rang first in China.As the starting point of Silk Road,when cultural travel is becoming popular,and China is making efforts to build Silk Road Economic Belt,Xi’an(called Chang’an in the ancient)has large market potential.However,as a linear historical resource,Silk Road islocated in different districts,including Xi’an,Xianyang,Baoji and Hanzhong four districts in Shaanxi province.The scattered distribution of resources makes it difficult to create an integrated cultural resource,which results in poor development of travel industry of Shaanxi.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to integrate historical resources in Shaanxi.This thesis mainly studies the historical culture resources of Silk Road in Shaanxi Province,summarizes Shaanxi’s positive achievements in developing Silk Road cultural resources integration,and analyzes the main problems and related reasons during the integration.Learning from the experience of protective development for Australian Great Barrie Reef,British linear integrationof Hadrian’s Wall and Xitang Town After that,the thesis extracts three key ideas and three key relationships.We should correctly deal with the relationship between protection and development,between Shaanxi’s section of the Silk Road and other sections and the whole Silk Road,between government and market.Accordingly,the author puts forward intergrated program and governance mechansim in this thesis.Intergrated program is concerned with platform intergration and dimension intergration.Platform intergration involves compling the big data of cultural resource,intergrating media resources and financial support.Dimension intergration includes the intergration of space,culture industry and management system.By means of carefully intergergrating and designing different resources and applying thematization and economical way to achieve resource aggregation.By dint of transplanting,ridding the momentum,grafting and many other ways to optimize configuration and intergration of resource;show the intergreted resource of the Silk Road in Shaanxi section;combine the scattered resources;improve the utilization of resource and strengthen the brand influence of the Silk Road’s strating point.With mapping out macro strategic plan,strengthening the cooperational mechanism of multi-subject,establishing the mechanism of social participation and building the innovative model of cultural resource transformation,we can reinforce cultural resource’s combing and sharing,extend industry chain and promote the integration regional tourism. |
