Studies On Applicantion And Design Of Guiding System In Metro Space

With the population gathering which leads to the greater urban population density in China,and the rapid development of urbanization,traffic problems were brought up to the city.The metro rail has gradually become the main tool to alleviate traffic congestion in the city.In underground space system is very complicated where people often get lost.Guiding system is necessary for people to reach destination.As a result,guiding system as the hub of direct communication between people and metro space,makes the complicated metro space in order,which guarantees the effective life of the passengers,and is an indispensable part of the metro space environment design.Therefore,the study on application and design of guiding system is attracting more attention of people and is of practical significance.As the current metro traffic is developing rapidly,the design of guiding system of most metro stations is limited to basic plane visual design,without considering that the function of guiding system is to helping different crowds to reach their destinations successfully.As a result,the basic function of guiding system is not fully played.According to the different manifestation forms of guiding system in metro space,the article carries out case study on typical cases of metro station at home and abroad,puts forward the multi-sensory guiding design strategy which diversifies the express ways of guiding system to passengers.The thesis summarizes and analyzes the relationship of "guiding","space" and "passengers" as the key words of the thesis.The thesis has a total of six chapters starting from the development factors of spatial structure and guiding system.The question is put forward firstly.For metro space,define and analyze the source of development of metro space of metro stations at home and abroad,and comprehensive analysis is made to the related theories of the definition,classification,space and shape elements,and plane shape elements in the part of guidingsystem.And then analysis is carried out to the related theory of guiding system and the influence on people’s behaviors;then,to analyze problems,investigation and data analysis are conducted to representative stations;the design principle,methods and theme of multi-sensory guiding design of "visual" "listening" "touch" "sniffing" are proposed.Finally,to solve the problem,the method is used to design and studies of real cases,and the design strategy of guiding system is summarized.The outcomes are applied to the design of metro space in the station.The study is of certain reference value for the design of metro space and metro guiding system,which is aimed at providing reference for relevant designers.
