| China was the first country which was earliest discover and use tea in the world,so it has a long history of tea and rich tea culture.Tea culture in ancient China matured in the historical development trend,gradually formed a batch of systematic and professional terms which was suitable for tea science,namely,tea science language.Tea science language is in common use to the tea industry,it has certain professional,and has its unique characteristics.The related researchs of tea science language were relatively little,and study of the tea science language in the ancient tea books from the perspective of linguistics' lexicology were more rare.So,it's necessary to systematically research the ancient tea science language from the perspective of lexicology.It is not only helpful to the study of ancient tea science language,reclaim this rarely involved academic blank field from the perspective of lexicology research of ancient tea science language,but also helpful to study the knowledge of ancient Chinese tea culture.The study can help us better understand the traditional Chinese tea culture,so as to promote the traditional tea culture develop further in the modern society,and carry forward the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.The paper on the basis of previous studies,the existing tea science books in ancient China from the Tang dynasty to before the revolution of Xinhai as the research materials,with the ancient tea science language in the books as the research object,the author set tea science language defined standards.The paper by using statistical classification,comparative method,historical comparison method and case study method,from the perspective of lexicology,classifies the subject of tea science language and analyze its production,characteristics and structure,finally discusses the influence of tea science language for the universal language and the evolution of tea science language.The paper is divided into five chapters discussing the contents of above:The first chapter is introduction.This part prerents the general situation of China's ancient tea science,simply combs the knowledge of the ancient tea culture,formulates the definition standard of the tea science language,and analyzes the research present situation and the significance of tea science language,finally introduces the research materials and research methods.The second and third chapters are tea science language categories.From the perspective of thematic meaning,we classify the 838 tea science terms into tea names,tea tree form and cultivation management,process and reserves tea,boil and drink tea,tea tool and utensil,taste and evaluate tea,and other expressions of seven categories,explain and briefly analyze all kinds of difficult tea science language.The fourth chapter is the production,characteristics and the structure of the tea science language.Tea science language came from the universal language,whose production mainly through to borrowed a word-formation materials,extended to borrow,or metaphorically borrowed from the universal language.Tea science language in addition to like other terms with professional,scientific and systematic,also has the characteristics of monosemy,specificity and popularity.The main phonetic forms of tea science language in the ancient tea books more than single syllable,double syllable and multisyllable,and the double syllable structure is its main body.The fifth chapter is the influence of tea science language for the universal language and the evolution of tea science language.The impacts of tea science language for the universal language mainly in terms of the osmosis,by osmosing directly,extended to osmosis,osmosing metaphorically etc.The evolution of tea science language mainly include the evolution of the vocabulary and the meaning.The generation of new words,recession or demise of old words,and the replacement of words are the main changes of the vocabulary.The evolution of tea science language's meaning include meaning's expand and shrink. |
