Research On Folk Belief In Bailu Village Of Ganxian

Folk belief is an important point in the research of local regional society and its folk culture,while Gannan Area is a typical place where Hakka people gathered together gave birth to the unique local characteristics of Gannan folk belief culture for its unique geographical conditions and human environment.With 800-years-history,Bailu Village is an ancient village in Gannan area,also a typical and traditional Hakka village.It was named named "Chinese Historical and Cultural Village” by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and Ministry of housing named.Not only it has a long history and many ancient buildings,but also its folk belief is very strong and owned typical characteristics.This paper used the field investigation method and literature method,introduced humanistic environment and characteristics of folk belief in detail,then analyzed the types and characteristics of the local folk beliefs,in further,studied the formation and development of folk belief in Bailu Village.This is the result of the local unique geographical and cultural environment,spatial structure and time system,and the additional demand of people who isn't satisfied on the survival of the state,also the spiritual world construction people in the monotony of the production.Folk belief in Bailu Village changed by years since the Southern Song dynasty when it was built,inextricably linked with people's life and clan power and it played decisive role in the village ethics construction as well as folk taboo.As the village temple,Fushen Temple is an important place for people sacrifice to the gods,pray lucky and avoid evil.between The gods of the internal has a hierarchical spatial right which is imagination and construction of people to the supernatural world,is also the reflection of social structure and embodiment in village.As a kind of cultural phenomenon,folk belief plays an important role in the daily life,irreplaceably.It has a certain integration,control,psychological comfort function in the village life.With the development of economic and national policy,activities of folk belief in village gradually become an universal trend.Facing the folk belief,we should look at it by scientific view,it is necessary to see its positive functions to the society and recognize the reject the existence of its own shortcomings depression,correctly guide the development,to contribute to the country development e and social stability.
