Huizhou wood carving is a bright pearl of our folk art.It has a long history,contains rich traditional culture,Huizhou regional culture and the Taoist and buddhist culture,it shows rich variety of appearance along with the time background,the builders' financial resources and the difference craft of the craftsman.Huizhou woodcarving art is not only a traditional process,but also a kind of heritage of the cultural consciousness and ancient culture.Huizhou woodcarving flourished in Ming and Qing dynasties,and it implied the social life and thought of Ming and Qing dynasties.This paper mainly studies the Huizhou woodcarving art embodied "due view",mainly adopt the method of data collection and on-the-spot investigation,in-depth Huizhou,feeling Huizhou woodcarving's art unique charm and feeling it in Huizhou local-style dwelling houses building practical function and decorate function of beauty.The first chapter of the article is an introduction to the motivation,meaning and scope of research on the subject;The second chapter,carding and analysis the causes of Huizhou woodcarving system,summing up the Huizhou geographical environment,economic,political,and cultural factors are the main factors to promote the development of Huizhou woodcarving;The third chapter,which analysis and study the new-confucianism in Huizhou woodcarving,from wood craftsman new-confucianism sculpture method of work and achieve mastery through a comprehensive study of cultivate one's morality,to explore the Huizhou carving art of woodcarving and the formation of style,and different from Huizhou woodcarving adornment theme on the residential buildings of different appearances,we analyzed the Huizhou woodcarving containing "think tank" and "filial piety","the ritual" "letter" and other cultural connotation and the relationship of "cultivate one's morality","own" "rule";In the fourth chapter,the impact of the knowledge on the material and the value of the woodcarving of Huizhou is summarized.New-confucianism is not only a learning method,but also a way of cultivate one's morality,it provides modern people with cultivate one's morality norms and practices,Huizhou woodcarving is rooted in the unique local culture and Chinese traditional culture,it is the embodiment of the Huizhou craftsman's wisdom,is the crystallization of the Confucian culture and regional culture of Huizhou.
