This paper studies the related teaching models of musical courses for non-music majors at High Vocational Colleges,combines the music education theory and teaching practice organically,builds the new music teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,enrich the music teaching means during the course,improve the teaching effect,implements aesthetic education function of music teaching in quality education.At the same time,it gives teaching reference of music teaching for other colleges of the same level.According to the research situation at home and abroad,vocational college music education present situation,teaching mode analysis framework,construction of a new teaching mode,implementation path and operation suggestions,this paper carries out the research by using the literature research method,investigation method,system analysis,process analysis and other research methods.Through literature research,we find that strengthening the practice of music education has become the consensus of music education research and the scientific application of the principle of psychology has become a common feature of contemporary music education and education at home and abroad.Through the investigation and study,we find the situation at present is that there is not mature music teaching model in higher vocational colleges,the teaching structure is Loose,the curriculum is set at will,there is no uniform teaching materials,our teaching object music quality is generally low,only the teacher puts on a one-man-show in the classroom and the teaching effect is generally poor.So the strengthening of teaching research and the reform of teaching mode are the most important aspects to improve the music education level of high vocational colleges and universities.According to the idea of "internal drive guidance",this paper uses the method of system and the method of process to establish the analytical framework of teaching mode,and analyzes the composing elements of teaching mode.These requirements include teaching idea,teaching goal,teaching theory,activity framework and implementation condition,operating procedures,performance evaluation,etc.Focusing on the factors such as teachers,students,teaching contents and teaching methods.this paper analyzes the contents of the teaching activity framework.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of music education in Higher Vocational colleges,”drive-guiding” model is constructed and three presentation models are designed,they are the Model of Job-based Training-Exploration,the Model of the Internet-based Self-Study and the Model of Music-based Experiencing.Some procedures and implementation suggestions in accordance with the vocational training curriculum system,teaching syllabus,curriculum based teachingresources,teaching design,network classroom construction,practice position construction,construction of teachers,team teaching object analysis are mentioned in the paper.According to the characteristics of The Times teaching activities involved,the vocational education characteristic and the student individuality,emphasizing the application of law education psychology,the paper attempts to put forward the idea of "internal driving force guidance".In the teaching reform idea,the paper creatively puts forward ”drive-guiding” model and designs three presentation models.There are great practical significance and good results have been achieved.
