From the CPC Central Committee's eight-point decision be published to the act of Patrol System.From Sky Net which aimed to hunt down corrupt officials who flee abroad to “Guard inner” and Supervisory committee all thus innovation of system and mechanism.These measures are all showing the determination and courage of the CPC in the anti-corruption struggle since 18 th Party Congress.In this situation,although the target of dare not rot has initially realized,cannot rot system increasingly perfect.But the anti-corruption struggle still has a long way to go,the dam of do not want to rot still need to rely on cultural self-confidence to build.In the past,the research about corruption is more from the theoretical level,empirical research is relatively scarce at home,especially in psychological mechanism.Moral disengagement as a set of cognitive mechanism which is used to explain what kind of person is more likely to make bad behavior.Although the moral disengagement was advanced by western scholars in 1980 s,domestic related research has just started,and the field is rarely involved in corruption.In addition,with the deepening of anti-corruption practice,there are some limitations in the choice of the object and the definition of corruption.Therefore,I want to try to study the psychology mechanism about corruption of public officials to cover a wider range from the perspective of moral disengagement.It has important theoretical value and practical significance.In addition,conscience and morality as an important component of Chinese excellent traditional culture,it is the effective tool to repair the human nature from the cognitive layer,is a necessary way to achieve the purpose of preventing corruption from the root,but the current research on corruption is still limited to theoretical research.Thus,according to the existing research results,this study will serve them as a restraining factor of moral disengagement is introduced.From an empirical point of view to examine the role of the two in the process of the prevention of corruption,soas to provide a data support for the requirement of bam construction of "do not want to rot" with culture confidence.In this paper,using the method of questionnaire,the 1522 public officials were investigating the relationship between moral disengagement and corrupt behavior intention then explored the mechanism of conscience and moral identity on it.This whole study includes four parts.Firstly,the corruption of public official behavior moral disengagement questionnaire was prepared and the data were tested for their validity and reliability.Then the public official's characteristic of moral disengagement was studied.Secondly,the situational questionnaire of corruption intention was designed.Thirdly,investigation on characteristics of conscience then discussed the mechanism of conscience between moral disengagement and corrupt behavior intention.Finally,to explore the mechanism of moral identity between moral disengagement and corrupt behavior intention.Conclusions are made as follows:(1)The revision of the moral disengagement questionnaire has good reliability and validity(2)The moral disengagement of public officials' corruption have significant differences in age and work experience.(3)There are significant gender differences on right and wrong,shame,responsibility and filial piety in public officials.(4)In addition to transfer of responsibility and blame attribution mechanism,conscience as a moderator between other mechanisms of moral disengagement and corruption intention in public officials.(5)In addition to blame attribution mechanism,moral identity has moderation between other moral disengagement mechanism and corruption intention in public officials.
