Moral disengagement is a cognitive mechanism of affecting private moralbehaviors, this mechanism can be divided into personal unmoral behavior andimmanent value system, in order to avoid obeying self justice which may be causedby violating immanent standards. According to previous research, this study exploredthe moral disengagement content structure. Best on the first research,we analyzed therelationship between moral identity, empathy and moral disengagement. This researchalso discussed the role of moral disengagement in moral decision making thatanalyzed the mediating effect of subjective moral intensity in the employees moraldisengagement and moral decision–making. The conclusions drawn by this researchare listed as follows:(1)The structure of moral disengagement contains moral justification,attribution of blame, non humanization, distortion of consequences.(2)Moral identity, empathy has a significant negative prediction to moraldisengagement.(3)Moral disengagement have a significant negative predictor of moralrecognition, moral disengagement have significant positive effects on moraljudgments and moral intent.(4)Subjective moral intensity plays a role of mediator between moraldisengagement and moral recognition, moral judgment, moral intent.(5)Demographic variables in moral disengagement are significantly different,such as gender, age, work experience and educational background, but there were nosignificant differences on position.
