How To Get The "Body" And "Mind" Settled Down-the Study On The Narrative Of "Educated Youths Who Return To The Countryside" (1953-1966)

In the fifties and sixties of last century,there is a very special group in the urban and rural population flow in our country:educated youths who return to the countryside.They responded positively to the call of "going to the countryside",and ago back to their hometown,which has made a great contribution to the construction of agricultural cooperative construction.Their images are also left in the literary and artistic works of this period.The research objects of this paper are the narrative of “educated youths who return to the countryside.This paper mainly uses the method of close reading of texts and the mutual recognition of literature and history to study the literary works of that time and the formation of "educated youth".During this period,the "educated youth returning to the motherland " literary narrative appears as "Persuasion story".Through the power of narrative,the writers set up the difficulties of "returning to the countryside",at the same time,they made an imaginative solution.This paper focuses on how to deal with the problem of persuasion.What resources are used to persuade ? What kind of techniques narrative have been used? What is the ideological motivation behind it? Finally,how is the persuasion effect? What it is the reason?First of all,this paper deal with it in view of "body".Study on the changes of the body and body feeling in the process of returning to the hometown,witch include:physical barriers during the returning,labor training in the body’s growth,dress and other aesthetic tastes and lifestyle adjustments,etc.Through the imagination and narration of these literature,the literary narration of "educated youth returning to the countryside" has created a new group of "new people".Secondary,this paper deal with it in view of "love".To analysis the narration of "love story" of this group,witch include:the choice of love space,select the conditions of the object of love,the reorganization of the object relationship,etc.Through these narratives,the writers "reasonably" arranged the emotional needs of the educated youth.Thirdly,this paper deal with it in view of "ideal " and "happy ".Study on the "ideal and future" in the process of returning to the hometown of by the literature narration.By clarifying the future of agricultural labor,overcoming and transforming the old ethics and old ideas,reconstruction of the relationship between "lofty ideal" and "immediate reality",and at last so as to make clear the reasons of rural knowledge youth returning to the countryside.Finally,this paper deal with it from the perspective of urban and rural perspective.the the narrative of the educated youth who return to the countryside is one of the products under the policy of "dividing the city and countryside".However,it is a social experiment to try to eliminate the gap between urban and rural areas.This unique attempt of the socialist period,convey the meaning of resistance to fate of modernization.
