Compared with foreign language institutions and public universities,private foreign language school has a flexible material to keep pace with the times,some advantages,students have a strong motivation to learn but at the same time,due to the short time of development of private foreign language training institutions,there are a lot of problems.For example,teachers,high mobility,low professional quality of teachers,teaching materials,training and after compiling teaching materials in the genre of novel,corpus natural and close to the times at the same time,but also because of the creative team of the lack of scientific materials uneven in quality,and rigorous degree in students,students training institutions and universities there are very different,most of them have been out of the campus,more is based on the customer's point of view,students also single,instability is the private Chinese training institutions exist in students of the problem.This article from the Shanghai branch of PALM(????)teaching activities as the starting point of the study,from teachers,teaching materials,students in three dimensions to analyze,using the method of questionnaire survey on the situation of PALM(????)branch of Shanghai teachers were analyzed and found out that because of the existence of a large number of part-time teachers,Part-time Teachers College of the arbitrariness of the restriction is not enough,leading to school the teacher is very unstable,in addition PALM(????)Shanghai branch salary system also has a lot of problems for the management of teachers is too loose,the lack of evaluation system and training system;in the textbook,a detailed analysis of several common college teachers,through the analysis of application objects,structure of teaching materials and teaching advantages and disadvantages three,find the PALM(????)Shanghai branch in the writing of the textbook,such as the lack of rigorous,applicable object is too simple;the students.Through the relevant information on the surface,the registration table in 2016 students and two students in the interview,analysis PALM(????)Shanghai branch should be how to maintain the existing students,and based on this,the development of new students should be put on the agenda.Through the study of Shanghai branch of teaching activities,this paper is intended to achieve the PALM(????)from the perspective of managers in the long-term stable development,and give reference significance,to jointly promote the private foreign language training institutions to more formal,more scientific,more prosperous direction.
