| Antisocial personality disorder is often considered as a mental disease closely linked to violence,crime,dangerous behavior etc.,and often leads to serious social problems and economic burden.The early growth environment is an important factor in the formation of personality disorder,but an important difference between antisocial personality disorder and other personality disorder is that their behaviors are easy to be found by not meeting the social rules that match their ages.Research shows that many adult recidivism were already existing in the law,discipline,violations from the juvenile period,opened the beginning of his criminal career.This is recognized by academia that before the crime becomes a stable behavior pattern,early identification and early intervention are particularly important.In adolescents,the problem how psychological characteristics and behavior of individuals need be attention has been discussed by psychological circles,psychiatry and medical science.This paper according to previous studies puts forward the concept of high-risk antisocial personality disorder,and verifies its neural physiological mechanism through ERP.This study wants to further explore its cognitive processing mechanism,to reveal the characteristics of high-risk antisocial personality disorder,and provide theoretical basis for its identification and intervention based on visual eye tracking technology from the perspective of picture information cognition.Subjects in this study include antisocial personality disorder group(n=24),high-risk antisocial personality disorder group(n=19),criminal control group(n=20)and normal control group(n=20).We use questionnaires,subjective evaluation method,eye-movement analysis to evaluate the differences of the four groups in antisocial behaviors,emotional picture characteristics and the cognitive process of emotional pictures information.The Tobii studio software automatically generates Areas of Interest(AOI),and outputs eyemovement data.Eye-movement indexes we select are TFF,FB,FFD,FD,TFD,FC,TVD,the average pupil diameter and the maximum pupil diameter.The statistical methods include ANOVA,LSD-t test and factor analysis.Results:1.High-risk antisocial personality disorder group’s scores on the PCL-R,PDQ-4+ and APRI scale are the same as in the antisocial personality disorder group’s,and are different from criminal control group’s and normal control group’s.2.All subjects have no difference in the classification of positive pictures and neutral pictures.In the classification of negative pictures,there are no significant difference between antisocial personality disorder group and its high-risk group.However,there are significant difference between high-risk antisocial personality disorder group and control groups(including criminal control group and normal control group).3.We analyze the eye-movement indexes in the process of viewing pictures of all subjects: There are the main effects about the classification of the pictures in FFD,TVD,the average pupil diameter and the maximum pupil diameter and the main effects about grouping in FFD,FD,TFD,FC,TVD,the average pupil diameter and the maximum pupil diameter.None of the nine indexes has interaction.Further analysis: In positive pictures,there is no difference between high-risk group and antisocial personality disorder group in FD,TFD,FC,TVD,mean pupil diameter and maximum pupil diameter,and is difference between high-risk group and control groups(including criminal control group and normal control group).In the neutral pictures,there is no difference between high-risk group and antisocial personality disorder group in TFD and TVD,and is difference between high-risk group and control groups(including criminal control group and normal control group).At the same time there is no difference between high-risk group and antisocial personality disorder group and criminal control group in FC,and is difference between high-risk group and normal control group.In the negative pictures,there is no difference between high-risk group and antisocial personality disorder group in TFF,FD,TFD,FC,TVD,mean pupil diameter and maximum pupil diameter,and is difference between high-risk group and control groups(including criminal control group and normal control group).4.Factor analysis of eye-movement indexes: The eye-movement indexes of antisocial personality disorder and its high-risk group can be divided into four factors,the cumulative contribution rate are 86.1% and 90.6%.The eye-movement indexes of criminal control group and normal control group can be divided into three factors,the cumulative contribution rate are 79.3% and 82.5%.We can draw the conclusions as following:1.The antisocial personality disorder and high-risk group have very similar characteristics in antisocial behavior model and eye movement indexes,and they are obviously different from the normal population,indicating that the high-risk group selected by the institute have the characteristics of antisocial personality disorder,although they did not reach the diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder.This is consistent with the definition of high-risk groups.2.Antisocial personality disorder and its high-risk group are more likely to make negative evaluation,and more likely to accept negative information.At the same time,antisocial personality disorder and its high-risk group have the characteristics of attentional bias that can capture negative emotion information quickly.However,their emotional arousal level is higher,their emotional arousal ability is lower than that of normal people.3.The cognitive process of antisocial personality disorder and high-risk group may be divided into four steps including feature detection system,potency characteristics analysis system,resource al ocation system and neural wake-up network,and the cognitive process of emotional information in normal people is divided into three steps of stimulating activation system,resource al ocation system and neural wake-up network. |
