This paper takes the Kazakhstan language students and registered students of Xinjiang University as the researching objects,taking their text the "Shi",which is involved in their textbooks as the researching scope,applying the theory of error analysis and inter language theory,using the method of questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis and statistical analysis,respectively,collecting the corpus of the foreign students from primary,intermediate and advanced Chinese level,to obtain the students mainly error types during their acquisition of "shi".Such as missing,wrong order,error,error generation,hybridity and so on,then summarizing the reasons of the errors: the negative transfer of mother tongue,the negative transfer of the target language,complexity of "shi" sentences and the effect of external factors.This paper Combining with the Xinjiang University students in Kazakhstan corpus analysis of shi and the result of the questionnaire survey among the teachers in International Cultural Exchange College of Xinjiang University to put forward some teaching suggestions on the acquisition of "shi" for students from Kazakhstan.The innovation of this article is based on "boya Chinese" series teaching materials,by han,ha "is" words to compare,analyse kazakhstan student acquisition "is the word" bias type,proportion,causes,and from the aspects of teaching materials,teachers,three concrete Suggestions are put forward.Words of "is" the acquisition of comprehensive analysis,so as to more fully grasp the acquisition situation of studying,can help teachers to choose the appropriate teaching methods and strategies,make students more effectively master "is" words in each sentence,better in Chinese language teaching,thus achieve the goal of communicative.
