Weakness Factor And Its Forming Reason Analysis Of Chinese Innovation Culture

Faced with the increasingly tight resource and environmental constraints, the increasingly complex international political situation, only innovation can make a country keep long-term sustainable development. In order to reach the realization of national innovation and the nationwide comprehensive independent innovation,the country must rely on the whole social innovation culture of national as a support.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of innovation culture will be an urgent and difficult challenge when faced with, the construction of innovative country and the realization of sustainable development of China. The article tries to carry out weakness and its forming reason analysis of Chinese innovation culture in order to provide a basis for the innovation culture and its construction in China, which mainly includes searching weakness,weakness factor analysis and the overall design for lifting weakness of Chinese innovation culture.First of all, through the concept system of innovative culture, consisting of individual innovative spirit, team innovative spirit and social innovative atmosphere,and extract the category of 44 indicators of innovation culture,design and test draft of the questionnaire, finally get the questionnaire survey to Chinese innovation culture.A large sample questionnaire survey had been carried out to investigate Chinese innovation culture and its weakness restricting national independent innovation. It was robustly showed that, in Chinese innovation culture, the absolute weakness factors included equality, inclusiveness, adventurous spirit and personality, and the relative weakness factors were seeking change, integrity and skepticism. These weakness factors led to badly lack of national social innovation atmosphere and to obviously insufficiency in the individual innovation spirit in China.Secondly, based on the model of forming weakness factor of innovation culture make analysis of causes for the weakness phenomenon of our country culture. The analects of Confucius represents Chinese traditional culture comprehensively, which is deconstructed and analyzed according to the system of innovation culture. It was robustly showed that, the traditional defect in Chinese is the reason which causes weakness factors including equality, adventurous spirit, personality, seeking change, skepticism. The significant social events and significant events which the foreign culture impactedChinese that took place in modern China are concluded and analyzed as the material.It was showed,the social fission damage is the internal reason and the erosion of foreign culture is external reason for inclusiveness and integrity in weakness factor of Chinese innovation culture.Finally, through finding out the weakness factors and its forming reasons of innovation culture, the thesis get the conclusion of promoting the weakness factors wholely in terms of the national innovation spirit and social innovation atmosphere.System is made up for weakness factors which are adventurous spirit, seeking change,personality, skepticism, equality, inclusiveness and integrity. Making the construction of innovation culture into the national strategy promotes weakness factors of Chinese innovation culture. And then a national innovation culture system should be constructed to form a healthy culture foundation and atmosphere for China’s independent innovation transition.
