Psychological state as an important problem in the theory of psychology,in the long process of research is still relatively weak,the current psychological perspective on the psychological state of the research results less.China's psychological state of the study is even more backward.In the long-term psychological assessment work,the definition of the concept associated with the psychological state is often referred to as a general concept,but there are few specialized studies conducted from the point of view of psychology,and there is no uniform standard.Mental health and occupational mental state survey tools varied,different research scholars used by the tools are not unified;different scholars focus on the research content is also different.This study regards "occupational mental state" as an integrated concept,assuming that it has a relatively stable structure.On the basis of consulting the existing literature and combining with the research practice,the occupational mental state is defined as the sum of the psychological factors of the workers' occupational influence in the occupational environment.Specifically,this study defines five factors that include,but are not limited to,work well-being,job satisfaction,job stress,organizational identity,and work values.The aim of this study is to draw up a questionnaire to investigate the occupational mental state of the workers on the basis of previous studies.After consulting the literature and combining the results of the practice survey,the theoretical structure dimension of the questionnaire is determined and the initial project is formed.After investigation of workers in Yunnan Province and some surrounding areas,679 valid questionnaires were collected.After the project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity test and a series of processes,access to the questionnaire of the various dimensions indicators.The results show that the questionnaire can be divided into five factors,which is consistent with the theoretical conception.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the five factors is 48.125%,and the Cronbach's ? coefficient after standardization is also 0.956.The homogeneity reliability of the project is 0.934 and0.897,the Spearman-Brown coefficient is 0.913,and the Guttman Split-Half coefficient is 0.901.The correlation between the dimensions of the questionnaire is0.397,the highest is 0.787,the majority is moderate correlation;the correlation between the dimensions and the total questionnaire is 0.527,the highest is 0.929,and the correlation between each dimension and the dimension The correlation was significant at 0.01 level.The questionnaire has good internal consistency reliability and partial reliability,and the structural validity of the questionnaire indicates that the questionnaire structure conforms to the theoretical conception and has better structural validity.The results show that there are no significant differences in the demographic variables between the dimensions of the occupational psychological status of the workers' occupational psychological status."Occupational mental state questionnaire" has good reliability and validity,can be used as a reference tool for investigating the occupational psychological state of workers.The survey found that the measured workers in the professional psychological state of the various dimensions,the overall are at a moderate level.There were no significant differences in the dimensions of each population.
