located in southern Gansu,Zhouqu is such a place where,human beings have been as early as at the Neolithic period.Since ancient times,here have been living many nationalities,intersecting a variety of cultures.As an important section of the Silk Road of Henan period in the Wei and Jin Dynastiesas well as a significant node city on theTea-horse Ancient Roadduring the Tang and Song Dynasties,countless stone inscriptions and other relics and sites that reflect the Tea-horse trade are reserved.Moreover,Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the junior officeras well as the chieftain systemhas been set up,which makes Zhouqu have more contact with the mainlandclosely.As a consequence,a lot of inscriptions literature for Zhouquhave been left,being great significant forphilology.Whatever,the excluding of a piece of Zhouqu inscriptions from the compared comprehensive record,the Longyou Jinshi Lu,written byZhang Wei in the Republic of China era have stone inscriptions in Zhouqu ignored and even destroyed.In recent years,some local scholars began to pay attention to the stone inscriptions of Zhouqu,but their focus is mostly on the monolithic inscriptions on the shape,denominate,recording text or content analysis.The research is relatively weak,lacking of depth and breadth.In this thesis,40 pieces in total of the existing Zhouqu stone inscriptions are recorded,of which including 34 inscriptions,3 pieces of cliff stones and 3 gold vessels.Under the premise of the understanding of the whole Zhouqu stone profile after a number of field visits,this paper carries out a detailed record according to shape,unearthed place,printed background,inscriptions interpretation and other aspects,and describes six types of inscriptions in deep.The article is divided into two chapters: as the study part,the former is a holistic exhibitionof the stone inscriptions,then the main stone inscriptions are studied comprehensively to attract more scholars attention;asasummary articles,38 pieces of stone inscriptions are recorded and explained by words in the later chapter to provide a more systematic and comprehensive literature.
