The Research Of The Development Of The Cultural Industry Of Bincheng District Under The New Normal

China's economic operation has gradually entered a new normal state,that is,economic structure of the tertiary industry and consumer demand have gradually become the deciding factors and the new growth point.Over 10 years,though the cultural industries of Bincheng District,Binzhou City have kept growing rapidly,the lack of cultural talents,extensive development,unbalanced configuration of cultural resources can't be ignored.From the development trend,its cultural industries have signs of slowing down at growth rate and improving at development quality.Based on the definition of cultural industry,industrial economy and cultural industry classification,this paper studies the development of cultural industry in Bincheng area with Marx's theory of spiritual production and Maslow's theory of needs hierarchy as the theoretical basis.This paper first elaborates what an important role it plays in the economic development of Bincheng District.Then given the present situation of the cultural industry in Bincheng District,this paper analyzes its achievements and problems in an objective way,and evaluates the growth speed and development ideas.On this basis,it then analyzes the causes of cultural industry problems in this area.Finally,considering the government as the most important subject,it comes up with the measures to develop the cultural industries from the point of the government strategy and the safeguard policy,while the social forces,the coordination of enterprises and the government are emphasized as well.
