Modern Culture Research Led Turpan Rural Culture Construction

Since 2004,the central 1 document has focused on rural,agricultural and rural areas for 14 consecutive years,highlighting the status of the "three farmers" issue in China’s "top priority".Construction of new socialist countryside is dependent on the rural culture construction,rural culture as a kind of important modality of culture,construct the farmers and farmers,farmers and national cultural links.The rural cultural construction can be used as raising farmers’ ideological and moral qualities and the carrier of cultural quality of farmers,to play a positive move in the process of farmers’ production and living.On the carrier of culture,the culture as a dynamic development process,attaches great importance to the cultural "soft power" role,will improve the farmers’ ideological and political education content and the content of rural cultural construction is closely linked.Rural social stability,harmonious relations to the country’s stability,strengthening the construction of rural culture,to some extent,is in the maintenance of the rural social harmony and stability and building a new socialist countryside.Based on the special situation of xinjiang,the situation of "three phase superposition",maintaining social stability,national unity is the primary task for the construction of the production and living.The heavy feeling of the history and culture of turpan is self-evident,but the turpan area is a minority area,and the economic and social construction is still relatively backward.In turpan region to carry out the rural culture construction,strengthen the leading force of modern culture,enhance cultural convergence in national regions,overall construction play a key role in turpan area.With modern culture as the leading to the rural culture construction in turpan region,united front,the occupation of the rural culture education propaganda position,actively suppress the growth of the "three forces" in the countryside.In this paper,on the basis of previous study,through research,interviews,turpan rural culture construction under the lead of modern culture in the process of analyzedthe existing problems and the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The first part of this article,from the following four parts to carry out the introduction thesis research purpose and significance,the research both at home and abroad,as well as the specific approaches to the study of the thesis and innovation points.The second part is an overview of the cultural development of the countryside.Including modern culture guide,the connotation of rural culture construction,content and characteristics of turpan rural culture construction,as well as the development of modern culture led by the necessity of the rural culture construction in xinjiang.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the rural cultural construction in turpan,including turpan rural culture construction achievements,existing problems and causes of the problems discussed.The fourth section mainly discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the rural cultural construction in turpan region by modern culture.
