| As a state-led macro governance strategy,rural culture construction adapts step by step with the gradual advancement of modern national construction process,and relies on the continuous construction of rural grass-roots political power to realize the main change from "self-construction" to "national construction",and then integrates rural culture into the national governance system,obeying and serving the overall development strategy and superstructure.In order to ensure the accurate grasp of the process of rural culture construction,this study divides the process into stages based on diachronic analysis,not only examines the results of rural culture "self-construction" under the pre-modern state form and under the background of deinstitutionalization of rural grassroots political power,but also explores the negative linkage effect of social reform on rural culture since modern times,it is more committed to recalling the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China and the rural grass-roots political power under the leadership of the Communist Party of China on the construction of rural culture practice path and operational effectiveness.Practice shows that the existence,efficiency and nature of rural grassroots political power profoundly affect the main body,process and value orientation of rural cultural construction.At the same time,the practical effectiveness of rural cultural construction on the social foundation also reverse constructs rural grassroots political power.Based on this,this study sorts out the construction process of rural grass-roots political power,establishes an academic connection between it and rural cultural construction,explores the dualistic relationship in different periods,and analyzes the realistic challenges it faces,then,from the dual dimensions of social governance and cultural revitalization,it focuses on the structural role of the rural grass-roots political power in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics on rural cultural construction and its effectiveness in reverse stabilization.Based on the theory of modern state construction,this study puts rural cultural construction under the macro perspective of state construction,try to improves the localization study of modern state construction theory theoretically,in practice,it provides a practical path for the self-stabilization of rural grass-roots political power.In order to achieve the above goals,this study focuses on how the state carries out rural culture construction relying on rural grass-roots political power,it explores the implementation strategy of rural culture construction from macro dimensions such as the era background,political change and national governance needs,and explores the practical mechanism of rural culture construction from micro dimensions such as the existence or absence of rural grass-roots political power,operation mechanism and organizational effectiveness.Especially on this basis,with the help of real cases,examines how rural culture construction stabilizes rural grass-roots political power from the dual dimensions of social governance and cultural revitalization,and finally explores the practical mechanism of mutual construction and mutual prosperity of the two.This study finds that the duality between rural grass-roots political power and rural cultural construction is not an original-type relationship,but an epoch-changing one.From relatively isolated operation in the pre-modern state form to efficiency differences in different regime perspectives,it has evolved into strong political correlation,and then to low correlation.Since entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the relationship between the two has evolved into a binary mutual structure relationship of construction and stabilization.Although this study is based on diachronic analysis,it is not limited to this,instead,the construction of rural culture and rural grassroots political power is related to modern state construction.After analyzing the "modernity" of state construction and the heterogeneity of modern state construction theories in China and the West,it regards rural culture construction as one of the tasks of modern state construction,that is an important dimension of "social construction".At the same time,it is also a reverse boost mechanism for modern state construction,especially in the stable level of rural grass-roots power in the new era,by strengthening the social identity foundation of rural grass-roots power,and then build the cornerstone of "regime construction".As the macro background of this study,modern state construction is devoted to examining the relationship evolution between rural grassroots political power and rural culture construction,breaking the inherent thinking of one-way construction between the two,highlighting the reverse stabilizing effect of rural culture on rural grassroots political power,and enriching and developing the theory of modern Chinese state construction from the theoretical level.At the same time,it also deepens the cognition degree of national capacity in this process,and establishes further research direction for the follow-up exploration of this study. |
