Class is the main place for spreading English and normal students majoring in English are the executive subjects for promoting English to spread.Therefore,it is very important and significant for us to study how to cultivate classroom teaching skills of normal students majoring in English in order to enhance the ability of teaching and studying.The paper tightly centers on the main goal of cultivating classroom teaching skills of normal students majoring in English and it takes normal students majoring in English Grade 2013 at Normal College of a higher school in Jiujiang as the research subjects for carrying out the research through questionnaire,personal interview and group discussion,etc.At first,we clarify the current situation and existing problems out on the basis of empirical survey researches.These results show these.(i)The methods of class introduction are not innovative so that they are not matching with the contents of classes.(ii)Writing and painting on the blackboard are not very frequent so that writing character with the chalks on the blackboard is poor.(iii)The theories of the skills of presentation in classes are paid attention to whereas the practices of the skills of presentation are not paid attention to.The forms of the skills of presentation are paid attention to whereas the contents of the skills of presentation are not paid attention to.(iv)The expressing and speaking are not proficient so that the contents of speaking are easily away from the goals of teaching.(v)The infusing in class is too much whereas the interaction is too little so that the difficulty of the questions is not harmonious with the ability of students majoring in English.(vi)The skills of feedback and strengthen are weak and the ability of introspection is not strong and they should be improved.(vii)The ending skills are ended for ending and the ending methods are single so that they don't summary the classes contents well.(viii)The skills of teaching organization in class are poor and normal students only pay attention to individual person instead of all the persons so that they do not reach the expected goals.(ix)The change skills are too lack to deal with the emergency in time in class.(x)The skills of evaluation after classes have the praise not in time and the methods of the praise are alone so that they are lack of innovation etc.Secondly,we respectively dissect the existing reasons for the ten aspects from higher normal universities,teachers and normal students according to the current situation and existing problems in depth.For example,(i)trains for normal students are not in the appropriate position.(ii)The demand for cultivation are not detailed.(iii)The demonstration of class teaching modes are not sufficient.(iv)The execution of listening to the teachers are not strict.(v)The question guiding of class teaching practice are not clear.(vi)The mechanism of feedback in supervision are not perfect.(vii)The system of checking are not perfect.(viii)The warning mechanism are not be built.(ix)The train ofadapting oneself to changing circumstances are not in the appropriate position.(x)The construction of class teaching assessment system are not perfect.Thirdly,we respectively put forward some advice based on the existing problems and reasons for classroom ten teaching skills.(i)The teaching courses methods should be optimized to improve the class introduction skills.(ii)The design of writing and planting on the blackboard should be optimized to strengthen the skills of writing board painting on the blackboard.(iii)The degree of classroom demonstration should be increased to consolidate the skills of presentation in class.(iv)The teaching interpretation essentials of basic training should be consolidated to deepen the skills of teaching interpretation.(v)Asking questions in class should be skillfully set up to highlight asking questioning skills in class.(vi)The feedback strengthening mechanism should be sound to strengthen the feedback to strengthen skills.(vii)The role of ending should be played to expand the ending class skills.(viii)The arrangement of teaching tasks should be arranged reasonably to train the organization teaching skills.(ix)The change of classroom teaching should be adapted to improve the change skills of classroom teaching skills.(x)The mechanism of assessing in class should be set up to improve the efficiency of teaching in class etc.In the end,with tidying the research performance of the paper,we put forward the summary innovation points,shortcomings and the research prospect in the future.About the future researches,these researches achievements could be used the transverse and longitudinal study of classroom teaching skills of normal students majoring in English of higher normal college and university at home and abroad,which could discuss the key influence factors of classroom teaching skills of normal students majoring in English in depth.
