This study is conducted on 300 occupational noise exposure employees,using the Sc190 mental health survey questionnaire.Subsquently the date was processed,combined and coded.The compiled data were analyzed statistically using Spss.The results are presented in the study 62.58‰ of the survuyes were found Sc190 positive before psychological intervention.The body,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror,psychosis and sc190 score were above national norm(P<0.05).shows this particular group has more severe psychological symptoms.And lower mental health level,comparing with normal people.The symptoms were observed in all the body,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror and psychosis.Based on this study,we recommend implementing the following measures on this group;(1)establish trustworthy relationship with the occupational noise exposure employees.(2)build positive psychological and Social support mechanism.(3)help the patient on self adjusting emotions.(4)provide occupational noise exposure employees with occupational professional psychological support.The Sc190 index before and after psychological intervention were studied no significant differences p>0.05,comparable relationship,hostility Scl indx were compared with the unintervened group,and significants differences were found the body,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror and psychosis of the intervened group were siginificantly improved compared with the unintervened group.p<0.05.Conclusively,we believe that psychological intervention could improve the scl index of occupational noise exposure employees at different levels and is worthy of clinical application.
