With the development of building a socialist harmonious society,the current education not only attaches great importance to students ’academic performance,but also requires attention to the development of students’ personality and physical and mental health.In the current college entrance examination pressure and quality education,many schools in depth exploration effective Improve the academic achievement of high school students,at the same time,with the deepening of building a socialist harmonious society in China,basic education requires the gradual development of balanced education,in addition to concerned about the academic performance of students,should also pay attention to students’ mental health.Many provinces and municipalities have been phasing out key schools in the compulsory education phase,the implementation of selected schools according to lot,the abolition of a small early examination.In the exemplary high school is still the present,the first class to achieve fairness among schools is an important attempt,so the Nanning Bureau of Education in 2013 in a number of model high school to implement a balanced shift system,Nanning City,the second secondary school as The first batch of pilot schools,in the balanced division of the system to carry out the two years,the school teaching and management are carried out simultaneously on the reform and exploration.In this study,the mental health status,adolescent life events and self-esteem level of senior high school students under the mode of balanced placement in the Nanning NO.2 High School were investigated,and the relationship between the senior high school students’ Psychological problems and causes of exposure to explore the proposed management for the class,teachers and students mental health education related strategies,and better promote the balanced class system to improve students’ academic performance and mental health to further enhance the provision of relevant recommendations.In this study,770 high school students were measured by SCL-90,ASLEC,and SES.The results showed that the sel(1)There were significant differences in obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychoticism(p<.05)in the background of the two-class model.The high school students showed obsessive-compulsive symptoms,Depression,anxiety,paranoia and psychotic factors were significantly higher than the balanced class model students.(2)There were significant differences in the factors of punishment,loss factor,health adaptation and other factors(p<.05).(3)The self-esteem level of the students in the grade group is slightly lower than that in the balanced-class mode,but the differences are not statistically significant.This shows that the balanced class to a certain extent,improves the mental health of students,but also supports the balanced division of the significance and necessity.
