Research On Historico-cultural Resources And The Construction Of Humanistic Smart City

Humanistic Smart City is the result of the development of Smart City to a certain stage, which is an important modality of the integration development of "Cultural City","Humanistic City" and "Smart City" under the background of new urbanization.Historico-cultural resources are the carrier of a city's soul, which is the external manifestation of city individuality and city humanities. Under the current dual strategy background of "Smart City" and the revival of traditional culture, fully excavating the connotation of historico-cultural resources, forming "cultural consciousness", enhancing city quality and its soft power, constructing a "meaningful,valuable and dreamful"Humanistic Smart City of modern China, become an imperative task in the era of new normal.The construction of Wuhan Smart City has a relatively early start, taking "science and technology" as the core competitiveness,with the increase in instrumentation,interconnection and intelligence level, problems such as lacking of culture become more obvious,while Humanistic Smart City has also been a definite direction for future development. Based on the issues of historico-cultural resources and the construction of Humanistic Smart City together with the help of theory carding, current situation summarizing and case study, this paper defines the concept of Humanistic Smart City firstly, then clarifies the relationship between historico-cultural resources and Humanistic Smart City, and at last proposes some feasible strategies for reference after the case analysis of Wuhan which focuses on the construction status of historico-cultural resources and Humanistic Smart City.This paper consists of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion. Backgrounds,-research purposes, status at home and abroad, main contents, methods and innovations of this paper are clearly expounded in the introduction. And the body is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background and theoretical research, it analyzes the background of Humanistic Smart City and defines its connotation and characteristics; the second part focuses on the relationship between historico-cultural resources and Humanistic Smart City; the third part is the case analysis, which takes Wuhan as an example, sorting out its main historico-cultural resources, summarizing its humanistic connotation and characteristics , then systematically analyzing its status, problems and future trends during the construction of Smart City; strategies and suggestions are listed in the fourth part which based on the historico-cultural resources of Wuhan. It takes construction concept, industry development, scientific and technological optimization,humanistic construction and image shaping as the five core aspects which help to boost humanization and development of Wuhan Smart Ctiy. The conclusion is a summarization of this paper in which reflection of existing problems and prospects of the research are given.
